In order to ensure the smooth construction of the project, we will dispatch experienced, qualified and healthy technical personnel and professional installation personnel to the site where the contract equipment is used to provide technical guidance, installation and commissioning services.

DISPATCH OF THE SELLER'S TECHNICAL PERSONNEL

The seller will select technicians with rich professional experience, high technical level, qualified qualifications and good health according to the number, specialty and qualification of technicians specified in Schedule 1 of this Annex.

If the number of technical personnel agreed by the seller according to schedule 1 of this Annex exceeds one, one person shall be appointed as the seller's representative; The seller's representative shall be able to handle all tasks within the scope of work agreed in the contract (including this Annex) on behalf of the seller.

The selected technical personnel shall be competent to perform the tasks that the seller must complete in each stage as specified in the contract.

DISPATCH OF THE SELLER'S TECHNICAL PERSONNEL

1. The work scope and obligations of the seller's on-site installation and commissioning service technicians as agreed in the contract:

a. Technical guidance, on-site commissioning service and supervision during equipment installation, no-load, thermal load commissioning and acceptance;
b. Be responsible for explaining the materials provided by the seller according to the contract;
c. Participate in no-load and thermal load test run assessment and project acceptance;
d. Training for the owner's operation and maintenance personnel.

2. The on-site equipment installation and commissioning service technicians dispatched by the Seller shall fully cooperate, coordinate and obey the arrangement and implementation of specific work with the buyer's on-site general representative and / or its designated personnel in all stages of installation, no-load, hot load commissioning and acceptance, so as to fulfill all responsibilities and obligations of equipment installation, on-site commissioning service and supervision within the scope of the contract.

3. In order to complete the above tasks and obligations, the seller's technical personnel shall cooperate with the buyer's and / or the owner's technical personnel to provide special technical guidance necessary for the normal and smooth progress of the project, and give theoretical and / or practical operation demonstration when necessary.

4. The seller's technical personnel shall give extremely important instructions and / or answers in written form.

5. The seller's technical personnel shall also assist the buyer's operation and maintenance personnel to familiarize themselves with the equipment and process flow provided by the seller. The Seller shall inform the buyer of the qualifications, positions and quantity of the trainers to be assigned.

6. If the seller has to replace or repair some equipment or parts due to the seller's reasons, the buyer shall assist the seller's technical personnel to complete these works; If the assistance provided by the buyer is only sporadic work and does not generate direct costs, the buyer will not charge the seller for such sporadic work; However, if the owner or the buyer considers that the work is not sporadic and involves direct costs, the Seller shall be responsible for the costs incurred.

7. During the warranty period of the equipment, if there is any problem during the operation of the equipment, the buyer shall notify the seller in writing of the problem. The Seller shall arrive at the site for treatment within 24 hours after receiving the buyer's notice, and the cost shall be borne by the responsible party.

8. The warranty period of the equipment provided by the seller is one year after the commissioning is qualified or 18 months after the delivery of the equipment (whichever expires first)

TRIAL PRODUCTION PLAN

After the user has the installation conditions, send personnel to the site for standby.

Actively cooperate with users and design units.

Cooperate with the installation company to connect the pipeline between the oil station and the equipment.

Make all preparations before commissioning in advance and conduct no-load commissioning on site.

05.

Coordinate with the linkage test run of the main engine before operation. Make sure there is no mistake.

06.

Make sure that all oil stations can operate normally and make the ignition successful at one time.
